Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of NexDrives (nexdrives.cloud), provided by Urbanizer Co. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your login secure. You must be legally able to enter into a contract to use paid features.

Your content

You own the content you publish. You give us permission to host and display it so the service can work. You must not publish content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or is harmful or misleading. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Subdomains and email addresses

Your portfolio is published at yourname.nexdrives.cloud and optional mailboxes use @nexdrives.cloud. These names are licensed to you while your account is in good standing. We may reserve or reclaim names that are misleading, abusive or impersonate others. Do not use mailboxes for spam.

Paid plans and subscriptions

• Paid features are billed in Indian Rupees through Razorpay. The Business plan price includes 18% GST.
• Personal Pro (which also includes the NexDrives Mail & Portal) costs ₹120 plus 18% GST for the first 3 months (₹141.60 charged upfront), then ₹99 plus 18% GST per month (₹116.82), renewed automatically.
• Subscriptions renew automatically (for example by UPI AutoPay) until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from the Subscription tab of the portal. Cancelling stops future charges, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Availability

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice where possible.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, NexDrives is provided "as is" and Urbanizer Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before it arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Dewas, Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction.
