Is the free plan really free?
Yes. You can build and publish a portfolio on your own nexdrives.cloud subdomain at no cost, with no credit card required.
Can I change my subdomain later?
Your subdomain is the link you share, so we recommend picking it carefully. If you need it changed, contact us and we will help.
Can I use my own domain?
Custom domains are not available yet. Every plan includes a free yourname.nexdrives.cloud address.
What happens if I cancel a paid plan?
Cancelling stops automatic renewal. You keep your paid features until the end of the period you already paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
Payments are non-refundable because access starts immediately, except for billing errors such as a double charge. See our Refund & Cancellation policy for details. Read the policy.
How do I pay?
Payments are handled securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards and netbanking). We never see or store your card or bank details.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
Business plan prices include 18% GST. Personal Pro is ₹120 for the first 3 months, then ₹99 per month, plus 18% GST (₹141.60 and then ₹116.82 per month in total).
Will I get a GST invoice?
Yes. A GST invoice is issued for your payments and can be downloaded from your account.
What is the @nexdrives.cloud email?
Personal Pro includes your own name@nexdrives.cloud mailbox. Create it in the portal and read your mail with the built-in webmail.
