Privacy Policy

NexDrives is provided by Urbanizer Co. ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use nexdrives.cloud, your portfolio, and the NexDrives portal, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and sign-in method (email/password or Google).
• Portfolio content: the text, images, links and documents you add to your portfolio or business website.
• Billing details: name, state and optional GSTIN you enter at checkout, used to issue GST invoices.
• Mailbox data: if you create an @nexdrives.cloud address, the emails stored in that mailbox.
• Usage data: basic analytics such as page views of your published portfolio.

How we use it

• To create your account, publish your portfolio and provide the features you use.
• To process subscription payments and issue invoices.
• To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
• To contact you about your account, billing or service changes.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details. We only keep the payment and subscription references Razorpay returns, so we can show your status and invoices.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run NexDrives (such as Google Firebase for sign-in and storage, and Razorpay for payments), or when the law requires it. Content you publish on your portfolio is public by design.

Your choices

You can edit or delete your portfolio content from your dashboard. To ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data, email contact@urbanizer.in.
